The Common Thread for the Cure Foundation
The Common Thread for the Cure Foundation has been established to unite the furnishings industry in the battle against breast cancer. Every facet of the furnishings industry—architecture, interior design, furniture, textiles, carpet and lighting—are important components individually, but it is when all these facets work together that the end result is the most effective. By working together in the Common Thread for the Cure, the furnishings industry can unite to win the battle against breast cancer. It is the Common Thread for the Cure’s goal to support those persons or their families within our industry who have breast cancer through assistance, education, prevention and research funding. Through the Common Thread for the Cure, grants will be made available to aid the individual or their family in everyday tasks such as assistance with housework, running errands, getting to doctors appointments, etc. Versteel, through sales of Chela seating, is a proud sponsor and board member of the Common Thread for the Cure Foundation.
